How I came to my work…

My path to hypnosis began with a deep fascination for the connection between mind, body and soul. Throughout my life, I have faced challenges that have forced me to search for new ways and develop inner strength. These experiences have shaped me and inspired me to focus more intensively on mental strength and working with the subconscious. Through many years of working with people, I have not only developed a deep understanding of the challenges of others, but have also gained a strong knowledge of human nature. I realized again and again how closely our mind and body are connected and how powerful our subconscious can be as a source of solutions.

I had noticed that many people often feel alone and need support – especially in times when external influences such as an unhealthy diet or smoking dominate our lives. We are increasingly overwhelmed by these influences. Whereas we used to chase after food, today it seems as if food is chasing us.

These insights have led me to see hypnosis as a powerful tool. It enables us to access our inner strength and clarity in order to break free from this cycle. That’s why I decided to offer hypnosis and help people on their journey.
